Our new website will keep you up to date about the industry as well as provide more benefits and easier processing.  You will be able to register for events online, display your profile, renew your membership and update your own details in the Member Portal on our website. 


In order to get the most out of our new website our recommendation is to keep it open in the background, so you don’t miss out on the latest announcements, news, information and upcoming events.


Being an ILP member we have already created an account for you with your current membership level which provides you with instant access to member content. Like anything new you will be required to set up a unique individual password.

 

When logging in for the first time we ask you to request a new password by clicking the Login button located on the top right corner of the home page.

  • A small window will appear where you can request a new password using your email address.
  • You will be sent an email with a link to click - this will open the website and asks you to change your password.
  • At this point, once completed you will be logged in.

 

Once you have logged in for the first time we strongly recommend you thoroughly check, review  and update the details we have entered for you, if there are any errors in the data you will be able to correct these immediately in your Member Portal. 

 

  1. To change your personal address - In the left menu of My Member Portal, choose Addresses. 
  2. To change your name or phone number - In the left menu of My Member Portal, choose    Personal Details.
  3. To update your directory information - In the left menu of My Member Portal, choose Bio Details. Also note that to appear in the directory you must have a full current financial membership and also have a valid physical address. PO Boxes will not be displayed.
  4. Login details allows you to edit your email address used to login and also the password.
  5. Current Subscriptions lets you view your current active or expired membership plans attached to you and your business. It will allow you renew membership on this page as well as the home page of the Member Portal.
  6. The My Content Menu Below this relates to items that you have interacted with on the site.  
  7. We encourage you to browse the Interest Groups and choose the most appropriate for yourself, as this will ensure you will be kept up to-date with News, Events and Resources relating to that topic.  We will place the standard information in the General Special Interest Group.
